It's easy: Start by creating your host profile and create your site with title, descriptions and images. It's a good idea to have your room description and pictures ready before you get started.

Remember to add add-ons to your room if you also sell for example coffee and breakfast. This makes it easy for your guests to order all at once.

Once you've uploaded the room we'll review your information and ensure that everything is as it should be. We'll then send you a message as soon as your room is online. After that - voilà - you're now ready to start receiving bookings.

Nope, it's absolutely free to use Hosts pay a small commission for each completed booking, but otherwise, there're no charges for listing or booking a space.

That's easy. At any time, you can update your info or add new pictures to your space by signing in to your user profile.

We take care of all of the paperwork, including charging gaests for renting your space. Once a month, we'll collect information about your rentals and send you an overview as well as transfer your earnings to your bank account. You can sign into your profile at any time to get an overview of your account.

A booking that hasn't been confirmed can be canceled at any time. Once a booking is confirmed, the booking can be canceled without charge, within 24 hours. If the gaest cancels a booking more than 24 hours after the host's confirmation, other cancellation terms apply.

The host selects the variation of cancellation terms that apply to each space. The conditions are displayed on the site's profile page or made clear when booking the space. You can read about the different cancellation terms in our Terms of Service under item 5.2

It's easy to add additional purchases to your space such as coffee, breakfast or anything else you think might add value. You decide what to offer as well as the price and simply pay the same commission rate as your space.

All payments are made and managed on This means you don't have to spend time creating invoices or handling payments. Remember to add any extra purchase to the total bill once the meeting is finished.

The sooner the better. To make it easier, you'll automatically receive an email when you receive a booking. All you have to do then is confirm or reject the booking. Currently only available for spaces in Denmark and Norway: You bet. We go to great lengths to make bookings a safe and worry-free experience. As a host, you're automatically covered by Tryg Gaest Insurance. This is an insurance that has been created specifically for hosts on and provides coverage of up to 100,000 dkk in total in the event that gaest(s) accidentally break something during the booking period.

Tryg Gaest Insurance is automatically activated when booking a space on and includes your facilities, equipment and materials used in the meeting space during the booking period. In addition, the insurance includes building components (floors and walls) in the meeting space.

You can remove your room from by selecting "not visible" in the room description. That way, it's easy to get your room online again at a later date. If you wish to remove your site completely from our database, please contact us at +45 70 20 30 26 or This is done free of charge.

Regarding Stripe and payments

Stripe is a payment service that allows us to easily, quickly and securely accept online credit and debit card payments from bookers around the world. Stripe helps to provide a seamless payment and payout experience on for all Hosts and Gaests.

Yes, Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1. (This is the highest level of certification available.)

We’ll set up a Stripe account on your behalf so you can start accepting bookings immediately. We'll manage everything for you, and after your first booking, we’ll follow-up and ask for a few details about your business.

Payouts are done weekly, regardless of whether the Gaest pays with a credit card or by invoice.

Common questions from our gaests

You can pay three different ways:

A: You can receive an email with an invoice. The payment deadline is 8 days net from the invoice date.

B: You can pay with an EAN invoice. Payment must be received within 30 days of receipt.

C: You can pay with one of these credit cards:

  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Visa / Dankort

When a booking is completed, you'll receive a receipt via email. The full amount will be deducted from your credit card. For bookings with a total value of more than 50,000 dkk excl. VAT, we charge a deposit of 50% of the amount. The deposit must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date (We'll send a separate invoice if you choose invoice or EAN invoice as the form of payment).

This depends on the room's cancellation policy. The cancellation policy for the individual room will be shown on the site's profile page and is also explicit when booking the room.

You can see if the room is available by making a booking, after which the host will confirm availability shortly afterwards. A booking request, which has not yet been verified by the host, can be canceled at any time.

Once a booking is confirmed, the booking can be canceled - without charge - within 24 hours. If the gaest cancels a booking more than 24 hours after the host's confirmation, other cancellation terms apply.

We encourage hosts to respond as quickly as possible. They have maximum 24 hours to respond to a booking request or answer your questions in the message center.
